Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your personal and financial information. We are fully PCI compliant and never store your full credit card details on our servers.
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate at the time of purchase.
The price you see is for the item itself. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon arrival.
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to orders based on your shipping address and the requirements of local tax laws.
You can enter your discount code in the designated field during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@jewelleryandgold.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the processing stage.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicion of fraud, billing/shipping information discrepancies, or stock availability issues. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.
If your payment does not go through, please first check that your billing information (including address and CVV) is correct. If it still fails, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
We currently do not offer direct financing. However, you may be able to use services like PayPal Credit or your credit card's installment plan options at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If you do not receive it within an hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us for assistance.
No. We believe everyone deserves access to fine jewelry and watches at wholesale prices, which is why we have no minimum order requirement.
For your security, all orders must be placed through our secure website. This ensures that your payment information is encrypted and protected. Our customer service team can guide you through the process but cannot take payment details over the phone.
Yes, we ship to most major destinations worldwide. You can see the available options and costs for your country during the checkout process.
Our order processing time is 3-5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are: Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days. International: 7-15 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after your order has been dispatched. Please be patient and check again later.
Yes. You, the customer, are the importer of record and are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees levied by your country. Gross Glanz LLC is not responsible for these charges. Please check our Global Tax Rates page for estimates and consult your local customs office.
If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to us or abandoned. You will be liable for all associated costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and any fees we incur. These costs will be deducted from your refund. If the costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our responsibility ends. You must contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and file a claim. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
All items are securely and discreetly packaged to ensure their safety during transit and to protect your privacy. High-value items are placed in appropriate presentation boxes and then secured within a plain, unmarked outer shipping box.
For security reasons, high-value orders may require a direct signature upon delivery. This is to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.
For security and fraud prevention, we are generally unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you have made a critical error, contact us immediately.
Due to the high value of our items and the need for secure delivery, we typically do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For military addresses, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if shipment is possible.
Yes, all our shipments are insured for your peace of mind. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be in their absolute original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and security seals intact. Please read our full Refund Policy for all non-negotiable conditions.
You MUST contact us at contact@jewelleryandgold.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
This means the item must be exactly as you received it: free of any scratches, marks, or signs of wear. All protective plastics, tags, and security seals must be untouched. Trying on an item is acceptable, but wearing it, even for a short time, may make it ineligible for return.
Yes. Custom-made, personalized, engraved, and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return. Loose gemstones are also non-returnable if their sealed packaging has been opened.
Yes, to cover non-recoverable costs, all approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's original purchase price. This is detailed in our Refund Policy.
While we may offer complimentary return labels in the U.S. and select countries, the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and insured. For most international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, the refund (less any applicable fees) will be processed within 5 business days. It may take your bank an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The required procedure is to return the original item for a refund (subject to our policy) and place a new, separate order for the desired item.
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence. Claims made after this window will not be honored.
Returns can only be initiated by the original purchaser. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot issue store credit or refunds to the gift recipient.
Yes, 100%. We guarantee that all gold, silver, platinum, lab-grown diamonds, and gemstones described in our catalog are genuine. Authenticity is the cornerstone of our business. Many items come with third-party certificates, which will be noted in the product description.
The karat (k) value indicates gold's purity. 24k is 99.9% pure gold but is very soft. 18k is 75% pure gold, offering a rich color and good durability. 14k is 58.3% pure gold, providing excellent durability for everyday wear at a more accessible price point.
Sterling silver is a precious metal alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper). This alloy, often marked as "925," increases the metal's hardness and durability, making it suitable for jewelry.
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond with the exact same chemical, physical, and optical properties as a natural, mined diamond. It is created in a laboratory using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process. They are a sustainable and ethical choice of exceptional value.
Yes. Our certified lab-grown diamonds are graded by the same world-renowned gemological laboratories that grade natural diamonds, such as the IGI (International Gemological Institute) and GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Each certified diamond comes with a report detailing its specific qualities (the 4Cs).
Moissanite is a different gemstone made of silicon carbide. While it looks similar to a diamond and is very hard (9.25 on the Mohs scale), it has a different chemical composition and a higher refractive index, which gives it a more fiery, rainbow-like sparkle compared to a diamond's pure white brilliance.
We are committed to ethical sourcing and work with suppliers who adhere to strict labor and environmental standards. Our lab-grown diamonds and moissanites are inherently conflict-free. For natural gemstones, we prioritize suppliers who can provide assurances of their responsible sourcing practices.
Many natural gemstones undergo standard treatments to enhance their color or clarity (e.g., heat treatment for sapphires). This is a common and accepted practice in the industry. Any significant treatments will be disclosed in the product description, in line with industry standards.
We recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized for the most accurate measurement. You can also use online ring sizing guides, but be aware that these can be less precise.
We use high-quality materials like platinum, gold (14k and 18k), and sterling silver, which are generally considered hypoallergenic. However, sensitivities can vary. If you have a known nickel allergy, platinum and 18k gold are typically the safest choices.
We currently do not offer fully custom design services. However, we do offer a wide variety of loose gemstones that you can purchase to have set by your local jeweler. Please note that custom-made items are final sale.
To maintain your jewelry's beauty, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. Store pieces separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild, soapy water. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional service from a trusted jeweler.
Many of our high-value items, especially those with significant diamonds or gemstones, come with a certificate from a gemological lab (like IGI or GIA) or an appraisal. Please check the individual product description to see what documentation is included.
We strive to provide comprehensive imagery for all our products. If you require additional views of a specific high-value item, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes, 100% authentic and genuine. We source our watches from authorized dealers and trusted distributors. Every watch is guaranteed to be authentic, and many come with their original box, papers, and manufacturer warranty card.
We are an independent retailer. This allows us to offer a wider selection and more competitive pricing than traditional authorized dealers. While we are not an authorized dealer for every brand, we guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell, and they are all covered by a comprehensive warranty.
Depending on the brand, our watches are covered by either the official International Manufacturer Warranty or our own Jewellery & Gold Extended Warranty for up to 5 years. This covers the internal mechanism against manufacturing defects. Please visit our Warranty by Brand page for specific details on each brand.
The warranty does not cover external damage such as to the case, glass, or strap; water damage beyond the specified resistance level; battery replacement; or damage from improper use or accidents. Servicing by an unauthorized third party will also void the warranty.
A quartz watch is powered by a battery and is highly accurate. An automatic (or self-winding) watch is a mechanical watch powered by the motion of the wearer's wrist. It does not need a battery but may need to be wound if not worn for a period of time.
If you don't wear your automatic watch daily, we recommend using a watch winder to keep the mainspring wound and the movement lubricated. Avoid exposing it to strong magnetic fields and have it serviced by a professional every 3-5 years to ensure its longevity.
To ensure a perfect fit and to maintain the item's return eligibility, we do not offer bracelet resizing services before shipping. We recommend taking your new watch to a professional local jeweler for resizing.
Water resistance is a measure of a watch's ability to withstand pressure. It does not refer to depth.
- 30M/50M: Splash resistant, suitable for hand washing. Not for swimming.
- 100M: Suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
- 200M+: Suitable for recreational scuba diving.
The vast majority of our inventory is brand new. If we ever offer a pre-owned or refurbished item, it will be very clearly marked as such in the product title and description, and it will be covered by our own warranty.
"Box and papers" refers to the original manufacturer's presentation box and official documentation, including the warranty card and manual. Most of our new watches come as a "full set" with these items, which is important for the watch's provenance and resale value.
While we cannot guarantee it, we have an extensive network of suppliers. If you are looking for a specific model not listed on our site, please contact our sales team at sales@jewelleryandgold.com, and we will do our best to source it for you.
