THIS SHIPPING POLICY FORMS A PART OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OUTLINED HEREIN. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. "Processing time" is the period it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options with the following estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Domestic (U.S.A.): Typically 3 to 7 business days.
  • International: Typically 7 to 15 business days.

3. International Shipping: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all orders shipped outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees upon arrival in your destination country.

  • Customer's Responsibility: Gross Glanz LLC is not responsible for these charges. You, the customer, are the importer of record and are solely responsible for the payment of all such charges. You are also responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws and regulations of your country.
  • Refusal to Pay Customs: If you refuse to pay the required duties and taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities. In such an event, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges, any import fees we incur as a result of the return, and the cost of the return shipping. This total amount will be deducted from any potential refund. If these costs exceed the merchandise value, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased from this website pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. This means that Gross Glanz LLC's responsibility for the package ends once it is in the possession of the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx). We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages Marked as "Delivered"

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, you must take the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Check with neighbors, your front desk, or mailroom.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate a trace or claim.

We will not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's official tracking system. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, current, and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the full cost of reshipment. We will contact you to arrange for payment of the reshipment fee. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, the order will be treated as a return subject to our standard Refund Policy, including any applicable restocking fees.
